Northeast India’s Premier 24-Hour Hackathon

Hack4Brahma is Northeast India’s flagship 24-hour hackathon, drawing inspiration from the mighty Brahmaputra River-the lifeline that unites the Seven Sisters and One Brother. Rooted in a spirit of unity, resilience, and innovation, this edition is themed around the military, paying tribute to the Assam Rifles—the guardians of peace in one of the most strategically significant regions of India.

Strategically vital, Northeast India connects to Central India via the narrow Siliguri Corridor, also known as the Chicken’s Neck, spanning just 25 kilometers. With neighboring nations like Bangladesh and Myanmar, the region faces unique geopolitical challenges, making stability and innovation here more crucial than ever.

This September, step into the shoes of a Brahma Guardian. Join us to build impactful tech solutions that focus on:

  • 🌱 Sustainability rooted in local ecosystems
  • 🛶 Tech preserving indigenous knowledge and folklore
  • 🧵 Digitizing art, craft, and community stories
  • 🌉 Connectivity innovations bridging remote regions

Deploy. Innovate. Conquer.
Code for change. Create for impact.

Important: To ensure inclusivity and representation, each team must include at least one female participant. Let’s flow forward, together — toward equity and impact.
